I would think Romero would get the nod. Fun fact about Dickey courtesy of Wikipedia: "Dickey lacks the ulnar collateral ligament in his pitching arm, which is the one replaced during Tommy John surgery." And the Phils saw a bit of Takahashi when he came in for 1.1 innings of relief in the Santana blowout. He gave up five hits and one run. P.S.
