		<description>Good stuff.  Obviously it&#039;s all about Strasburg for the Nats right now.  That&#039;s why I would be a bit frightened about Riggleman as the manager.  You mentioned that he threw out a 158 inning limit for Strasburg, which seems like an arbitrary number to me.

Riggleman also managed Kerry Wood during his rookie season, but I guess Riggs didn&#039;t have that 158 inning limit back then.  There should be absolutely no excuse for allowing Strasburg to work even moderately high pitch counts at this point.</description>
