		<description>Interesting article.  What should make for good discussion and public debate amongst the BBWAA has become an absolute joke.  Basically, for the made-up HOF criteria you mentioned.  As a fellow disenfranchisist (pretty sure that&#039;s not a real word), I don&#039;t think that is something they can ever really fix.

Maybe their should be a Baseball Bloggers Association that makes their own HOF.  Frank Thomas is easily in, as his production speaks for itself.  If a DH rule is allowed in the sport, there is no logical reason it should be held against someone who is up for HOF consideration.

I nominate Baer for the BBBA Hall of Fame chairman.  I will be running for Assistant to the Regional Manager.</description>
