Note: If you’re like me, you didn’t immediately recognize The Comcast Network. It was formerly known as CN8.

According to a press release last year, merely 5 of 34 spring training games were televised. 12 of 32 games will be televised this year. The press release also notes that locals CSN and MyPhl 17 televised the five games in ’09. This time around, the back-to-back NL Champs will have 2 of their 12 televised spring training games aired nationally on ESPN.

For those of you itching for some baseball, you’ve got just one more month to go before getting your fix.

Can’t wait for the season to start, it looks like the Phils are going to command a lot of Fox and ESPN broadcasts, and well they should. I think they are still the most underrated team in the MLB as far as respect for what they’ve accomplished.

    Can anyone say ‘Dynasty’?
