The WSJ Likes Me

…and they may very well be alone in that regard.

Carl Bialik of The Wall Street Journal quoted me in a recent article he wrote about Raul Ibanez:

[…] Bill Baer was a skeptic of the signing before the season, and he’s not going to let a month and a half change his mind. “We need to wait for a decent sample size before we can draw any legitimate conclusions,” Baer writes on Baseball Daily Digest.

The WSJ’s crediblity just got flushed down the drain by quoting me. They had to learn the hard way!

Movin’ on up in the world…

I just went to a 5-star restaurant without making a reservation, thinking that they’d have a table ready for me anyway. Boy was I wrong.

And boy were their faces red!

Ha! Look at that — someone took my parking spot! They must not have seen me get quoted in the WSJ.

Man, Ibanez is absolutely destroying the ball.

    3 HR’s in a doubleheader? I’ll take it.

I really do hope Ibanez punishes me for being skeptical. I’d love for him to hit the 60 HR he’s on pace for.
