Go Tigers! Detroit Tigers in this case. They scored four runs Monday night so just 996 to go! That’s an average of 6.18 runs per game needed to reach the 1,000 mark. No Problem!

I’ll take the UNDER. Detroit obviously has an impressive offense, but they’re also overrated, for a number of reasons:

- Left field and catcher are mediocre.
- 2007 saw career years a number of players, and 2008 projections should include a solid step down for Granderson, Magglio, and Polanco.
- Guillen’s bat is good, but not great for a 1B.

I don’t drink!

I also don’t think, given his recent injury problems, that he’ll win the Cy Young either. He’s been top-tier for the last 13 years, though, including the last three seasons — his late 30′s and early 40′s.
